Beit Immanuel Hotel, Tel Aviv

In the American Colony Area of Jaffa, a hotel was established over 100 years ago. Today it is a building which has historical preservation status.

The parameters of this project are to fully renovate, upgrade and modernize this historic edifice, while respecting its century-old details, as well as to add a modern counterpart building separated by a landscaped area, which will become the focal point of the project, offering public gatherings and activities in a park setting.

Altogether the two buildings and public open space will comprise a cutting edge hospitality and entertainment complex. Not coincidentally, Beit Immanuel and The American Colony in Jaffa are historically intertwined with the American Colony Hotel in Jerusalem.
